Hide and Seek

“He sets the boundaries of people and nations, determining their appointed times in history. He has done this so that every person would long for God, feel their way to him, and find him—for he is the God who is easy to discover!” (Acts 17:26b,27; TPT).

God has set things up so that we can find Him when we reach out for Him. He has made Himself easy to discover. This reminds me of a dad playing hide-and-seek with a toddler. The delighted father “hides,” leaving a leg or arm sticking out so the gleeful little one can quickly come running to him.
