“But in fact God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be” (1 Cor. 12:18, NIV)
I want you to read that slowly, and take it into your spirit. As a born again believer in Jesus, you are now part of His body. And He has placed you just where He wants you. Unless you are specifically aware of having pulled a Jonah and deliberately run in the opposite direction of where God called you… you are exactly where you are supposed to be right now. The steps of the righteous are ordered of Him. He chose where you were born and what doors would open for you. He unfolded the path before you to lead you to where you are today.
He’s got you where He wants you! His hand has been over the time frames of your lifespan, orchestrating each detail. Specifically, He strategically placed you in His body exactly as He desired.
