Cherish His Dwelling Place (It’s You!)

It’s audio devo day!

How do you think and feel about your body? God has something to say about the subject. In fact, He is passionate about it! This week we explore His Word regarding His feelings about this very thing. May you come to know more deeply how much He delights in you as you listen here:

(Encouraged by this? Know someone else that needs to hear it today? You can either share today’s blog link with them, or look up my Feeding on Jesus podcast for sharing and subscribing. You’ll find it at these links on iTunesGoogle PodcastsStitcher, and most other podcast platforms, with episodes identical to these audio devos!)

How do you think our Father must feel when we regard His temple (our bodies) with disparaging heart attitudes?

P.S. My new book has LAUNCHED! In it, I share my experiences when my six-year-old Lily was in a seventeen-day coma, the incredible miracles God did for us, and tools in each chapter to help people going through really hard things.

Are you, or someone you know, walking through an extremely painful trial? Journey Through the Dark Night: Messages of Hope from the Morning may be exactly the word you are needing to hear. You can order a copy here.

  1. In response to your question, the first thing that came to mind was God’s response to Job. To paraphrase: Do you think you know more than me? You were fearfully and wonderfully made BY ME, HARDHEAD!! As with all things, if we just calm down and trust Him, many of the things we worry too much about would float away in the breeze, to be replaced by lasting happiness and peace. Sounds good to me 🙂 — Mike
