It’s audio devo day!

As you press through your “Until” season, God is doing some crucial things on the inside of you. His supernatural joy is working itself into the fabric of who you are… especially during those times where it feels like you just can’t anymore. Today, He has new strength for you as you press into His presence. His everlasting arms are a wonderfully safe place to surrender.
(Encouraged by this? Know someone else that needs to hear it today? You can either share today’s blog link with them, or look up my Feeding on Jesus podcast for sharing and subscribing. You’ll find it at these links on iTunes, Google Podcasts, Stitcher, and most other podcast platforms, with episodes identical to these audio devos!)

Have you encountered God in ways you never thought possible, in moments when you had come to the end of yourself, of your own strength and resource? If so, what did you learn about Him in those moments?
As I posted my last blog about Joni Eareckson Tada, the Holy Ghost got hold of me in a new way. No explanation, but just a pull to be obedient to the whispers of His voice. Wondering what lies ahead, but thinking of an old song, It Will Be Worth It All.
Keep me in your prayers.
❤️& 🙏, c.a.

Dear Jennifer, Thank you so much for sharing the comfort of God’s Word and heart for us. So many tears. Leaving deeply encouraged and blessed. May God return that blessing to you too in a new and exciting way. Love from your home country (where we are visiting my husband’s brother and family, on our way home to Europe after also visiting my own family in New Zealand- after 4.5 years of being apart 😊).
PS the Good News Translation of one of the verses you mentioned so blessed my heart (I just so longed to look it up in various versions):
It is God himself who makes us, together with you, sure of our life in union with Christ; it is God himself who has set us apart,
All my setting apart – in so many ways – has been so painful. And yet to be reminded that God’s purpose is and has been alive and active in each setting apart – in the valley of the shadow of death – is so precious. I do see God growing such humility and dependence upon Him alone. But today, I also needed to hear God’s Word of comfort through you. As you shared, I pictured myself leaning upon the chest of my Abba Father as a little girl. Oh how I needed to know, to remember, just how near He is to the broken hearted.

Dear, precious Anna, it is sacred to my heart to know that Holy Spirit comforted you through this podcast. It really does make it so much a joy to record each one as a labor of worship unto Him, knowing that He uses them in an intimate personal way to pour His love into your heart and others. We thank You together, Abba Father! And I am asking You to continue to pour Your tangible, real comfort in greater and greater healing ways into my sister’s heart 💕
