In order to stay encouraged in this life, we need to “see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.” What does His goodness look like? Certainly, a longed-for outcome becoming reality would be a manifestation of His goodness. However, He wants even more than that for us. He wants us to see Him for who He is: a good, good Father.
