Yes He did! God decided exactly when and where He would place you on the map, and on the timeline of history. As a result of His extremely specific intentionality, you are alive in 2020 in your city, in your family, in your home.

Why?

“He has done this so that every person would long for God, feel their way to him, and find him—for he is the God who is easy to discover” (v. 27, TPT).
