It’s audio devo day!
Is humility synonymous with self-criticism? Not in the slightest. True humility develops when we become entirely taken with the beauty of Jesus. As our gaze moves move and more onto Him, we forget about being too focused on ourselves. What glorious freedom results when He becomes our everything! I know He has something special for you as you listen here:
Encouraged by this? Know someone else that needs to hear it today? You can either share today’s blog link with them, or look up my Feeding on Jesus podcast for sharing and subscribing. You’ll find it at these links on iTunes, Google Podcasts, Stitcher, and most other podcast platforms, with episodes identical to these audio devos!

How do we follow through with the Scriptural instruction to “examine ourselves” (2 Cor. 13:5) without falling into obsessive introspection?

amen. Thank you, dear Jennifer. I do like the new music backgrounds, but i also miss the sounds of the jungle! Bless you, dear lady. Dawn x

I’m smiling because it brings me joy to have your input. The reason for the change is that my teenage son has been editing my audio devos/podcasts because he was looking to earn some extra money from me. This was his idea so I have let him experiment with it. He’ll be moving to the U.S. probably in January so I am not sure if he will continue doing it at that point. But I will surely keep this in mind! Sending you lots of love my treasured sister.

And if the music goes, I’ll miss that but enjoy the birds again! 😀 Bless you as he flies the nest. x

Chuckling joyfully at that thought. But then sobering at the thought of him flying the nest. I’ve been doing my best to drink up every moment until then for sure. Thank you, my sister.
